Don't know what to choose, or need a gift right now? ButcherHouse Cuts e-gift certificates are available in $50 and $100 increments. Let your family and friends choose their favorite meat with an e-gift certificate sent right to their email address. ButcherHouse Cuts e-gift certificates are nonrefundable and are good for orders placed online through RRProvisionCo.com. Product Freshness
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality products. Our experienced butchers expertly cut and immediately vacuum seal our products to maintain freshness and flavor before blast freezing them. We ship our products frozen and carefully pack each order in reusable insulated coolers with reusable frozen gel packs. Our packaging ensures our products are delivered to your door in original condition. The convenience of our individually flash-frozen products means they are ready when you are in the exact quantity you need.
Please inspect your package immediately upon receiving it. Our items may thaw slightly during shipping. As long as they are cool to the touch you may refreeze or refrigerate them in their original vacuum-sealed packaging. Products should be below 40F degrees as measured with an internal meat thermometer. Refrigerated items should be enjoyed within 5 days of refrigeration.
Our boxes are clearly marked perishable on the outside, and we are not responsible for items received but not opened. We are unable to replace products that perish due to the recipient being unavailable at the time of delivery. If there is any problem with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
Quality
Our quality products are inspected and hand-cut by our experienced butchers on a daily basis. Because they are hand-cut, there may be some slight variations in size. We work hard to ensure that all products are cut with your satisfaction in mind.
